26/01/2012 · A few years ago, I used common, cheap 2 stroke oil in my outboard and guess what? Dropped one of the big end bearings in the middle of the Brisbane River. Whether the motor is old or new, cheap or expensive, at the end of the day, if you don't treat it right it will cost you big bucks to fix the bloody thing if you're lucky to get back!!
